The right people.
Two ways to reach them.

Create a recipient audience that fits the job: a specific group you select, or a set of rules that finds matching CRM records.

Static audiences
Select contacts or leads and save a fixed recipient list. Membership stays as you selected it until you edit the audience.
Dynamic audiences
Define CRM field filters with all / any conditions and individual exclusions. Matching records are retrieved when the audience is resolved for a preview or launch.

A new matching lead can appear in a dynamic audience on its next evaluation. It is not automatically enrolled in an already-running sequence.

A dedicated robot in Bitrix24

Send emails with the MailSequence robot from Bitrix24 automation rules. Bring email sending into your existing CRM workflow.

For multi-step workflows, use MailSequence’s Automated email step alongside conditions and CRM actions. Launch manually or from supported CRM events.

Try this example: did the lead click?

A click takes the lead to a follow-up task and a CRM update.

Keep your sending
under control.

Sending limits work at both levels: the sender you connect and each automation you build. Control volume and avoid sudden sending spikes.

Per sender

Set hourly and daily caps for each connected email account. They apply across automations using that sender.

Hourly limit

Daily limit

Per automation

Set the sending pace and daily volume for each workflow. Choose working days, a time window and a time zone.

Throughput

Delays and sending windows

A steadier sending pace helps you manage sender reputation. Limits alone cannot guarantee inbox placement or prevent blocklisting; recipient consent, email quality, domain authentication and provider policies also matter.

A few answers
before you get started.

Can I create and reuse my own email templates?

Yes. Create message templates with the visual editor or HTML, personalize them with CRM fields and add a sender signature. Preview your message, send a test email and reuse the template in different automation steps.

How are static and dynamic audiences different?

A static audience saves the contacts and leads you select. A dynamic audience retrieves records that match your CRM field filters when evaluated. You can combine all / any conditions and exclude individual recipients. A changing audience does not automatically add recipients to an already-running sequence.

Can an automation create tasks or update CRM records?

Yes. Add If/Then conditions, task creation and CRM entity updates alongside emails and delays. For example, a tracked click can lead to a task for a manager and a field update, while the other path sends a follow-up email. You configure the conditions and actions.

Do sending limits keep my emails out of spam?

They help you control volume and avoid sending spikes. Set hourly and daily limits per sender, plus throughput and daily limits per automation. Sending waits when an applicable limit is reached. This does not guarantee delivery to the inbox or prevent blocklisting: recipient consent, domain authentication, message quality and provider policies still matter.

What do I need to get started?

Install MailSequence in your Bitrix24 from the Marketplace. Then connect a sender through SMTP, SendGrid or Mailgun, create a template and sequence, choose your CRM audience and test your email before launching.

Can I send from my own email address?

Yes. Connect your mailbox through SMTP or set up SendGrid or Mailgun. You can configure the sender name and address, reply-to address, signature and sending limits. Sending availability depends on your provider’s settings and restrictions.

What happens when a customer replies?

Enable “Stop on reply” and configure incoming email tracking through IMAP. Once a matching reply is detected, further emails to that recipient will stop. Without incoming email tracking, the app cannot detect replies automatically.

Which results can I track?

Analytics includes sends, opens, clicks, replies, bounces and unsubscribes. View the whole sequence or individual recipients. Open and click tracking must be enabled; email clients may affect the accuracy of this data.

How does the Bitrix24 email robot fit in?

The dedicated MailSequence robot sends emails from Bitrix24 automation rules. Inside MailSequence, the Automated email step is part of a flexible multi-step workflow with delays, conditions, tasks and CRM updates. You can launch those workflows manually or through supported CRM events.

Where can I find pricing and terms?

You can find the current terms on the MailSequence listing in the Bitrix24 Marketplace. Your chosen email provider may charge separately for its services.

* Automatic stopping on reply requires the stop condition to be enabled and incoming email tracking to be configured.
